This section describes which installers you need to install.

In this section, we will take you through the steps to install ProtonUp-Qt & Protontricks.

Open your Discover store, search “proton” in the search bar, and download ProtonUp-Qt.
Also, download Protontricks from here.

This section describes how to install Proton6.19-GE-2 on your computer.

Open up ProtonUp-Qt and make sure that the “install for” version is set to Steam. Tap on Add Version, select the 6.19-GE-2 version from the menu, and press the Install button.
Go to your Steam application and boot up Wemod.
It will not update automatically, so you need to install the latest version right now.

This section will take you through the steps to add a WeMod installer as a Non-Steam game.

Click on “Add a game” at the bottom left corner of the Steam application and select “Add a non-Steam game” from the menu.
Click the Browse button, navigate to the Downloads tab, and select the latest Wemod version you downloaded. After that, tap on Add selected programs.

Now right-click on Wemod and go to properties. Go to the Compatibility tab and checkmark the “Force using a specific Steam play” checkbox.
Select Proton 6.19-GE-2and then close this window. Now hit the Play button and you will get an error that you don;t don’t have .Net installed.

This section describes how to install .Net Framework 4.8 and WeMod with Proton6.19.GE-2.

You have to open up Protontricks and select your non-Steam game.
When the new window pops up, select the “run Winecfg” option and change the Windows version to Windows 7, then press Apply and OK.

Click on Run Uninstaller and press OK. Select the Files type to “Programs(* exe)“, and tap on the Install button. Navigate to the Downloads folder and exact the ndp48 version.
After that, tap on Continue, accept the license terms, and hit the Install button.

To locate the prefix folder, open up the Dolphin application and go to the Home tab. Go to the.Steam folder, open the Steam folder and navigate to the steamapps folder. Double-click on Compactdata, open the latest folder, and go to the pfx folder.
Once the installation is complete, click on Finish and run the uninstaller again.
Now you will find .Net framework 4.8 right there.
Tap on the Install button at the top and select the Wemod installer. It will start installing it. Run the uninstaller again and you will find Wemod has successfully installed now.

This section will take you through the steps to change the target path & Proton-Experimental. Navigate to the Wemod location on the Dolphin app and copy the directory path at the top.
Open the Steam application and go to Wemod. Navigate to its properties, tap on the Browse button under the Target option, and paste the directory up in the directory bar enclosed in quotation marks. Tap on the Tick mark, and select Wemod. exe.

Tap on the text box under the Start In option and paste the location there.
Navigate to the Compatibility tab and select Proton Experimental from the drop-down menu.

This section will take you through the steps to uninstall and reinstall .Net Framework 4.8 with Proton-Experimental.

Hit the Play button and if you are still getting an error, then you have to open up Protontricks and double-click on the non-Steam shortcut. Tap on Select the default wineprefix, OK and then run Uninstaller.
Click on the Modify/Remove button and then remove NET Framework 4.8 from this computer. After that, click on Install at the top, go to the downloads folder, and select .NET Framework 4.8 offline installer.
Now it will install it on Proton Experimental.
Tap on Continue, agree to the license terms, and hit the Install button. Now select run one config and change the Windows version to Windows 10.
