This cake looked very different to begin with. I had an idea of how I wanted the cake to look. I wanted to use a different technique but it wasn’t working so I just quickly finished it and put it in the fridge in the morning I just couldn’t stop thinking about how I hated it! So I scraped it back to white and started again.
