How to get rid of bloodless debuffs? ›

You can remove the Bloodless status effect by taking a long rest at camp with supplies. A short rest is not sufficient to remove Bloodless, nor is a long rest without supplies. If you don't wish to rest yet, a Paladin can use Lay on Hands to remove Bloodless, as can anyone with the Lesser Restoration spell.

After letting Astarion take a bite from you, you'll be afflicted with the Bloodless condition. This condition gives you a -1 penalty to Attack Rolls, Saving Throws, and Ability Checks, which is nearly every interaction you'll run into in this game. It's a heavy penalty you take for allowing Astarion some of your blood.

Scratch will then wander into your camp after your next long rest and be a part of the team – he can't be an active partner, but you can pet him at camp and will occasionally retrieve useful items.
