Michelle Berkland Shulman is a full service residential real estate agent with the Charles Reinhart Company working with both buyers and sellers in Washtenaw, Livingston, and Wayne Counties. She specializes in residential/condominium sales. She frequently assists with the purchase or sale of income properties and with clients who are relocating to or from the area.

Her first year as an agent, Michelle was Rookie of the Year (an award for outstanding performance) for the Charles Reinhart Company and Real Estate One. Michelle has an extensive (more than 25 year) background in public relations and marketing. She was Manager of Public Relations and Special Events for Hudson's/Marshall Field's in Michigan and the Director of Communications for Village Green Properties. She is very involved in the local community and has served on committees and boards for the Junior League of Ann Arbor, the Ann Arbor Summer Festival, Habitat for Humanity, Arbor Hospice and Ele's Place. Her combination of real estate, marketing and business savvy help her meet the real estate needs of her clients on a day-to-day basis.
